• Content Data: Text input (books, articles, scripts) that you upload to generate audio.
• Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and other technical information.

3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To generate audio content using AI technologies (See Section 4).

4. AI SERVICE PROVIDERS & THIRD PARTIES

To provide our core service (Text-to-Speech), we utilize advanced AI technologies. By using KitiAudio, you acknowledge and agree that your text content may be processed by our trusted third-party AI providers:

• OpenAI: For text processing and generation.
• ElevenLabs: For high-quality voice synthesis.

We do not use your private content to train public AI models without your explicit consent. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested audio files.

5. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal basis:

• Payment Processors: We use Stripe/PayPal for payment processing. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
